I used to paint......alot. Canvasses, glassware, wood, furniture, children's tops, cushions, pots. Just about anything I could get my hands on I painted and sold at markets.
Most things I paintd I never took photos of, but here are two children's paintings I did manage to capture.

More Cushions for Little Girls

I love what I do....to be surrounded by pretty things day and night. And being able to create as well.

I have been busy sewing, embroidering and attaching teeny tiny little sequins to my little hanging name cushions. I have listed one in my Made It store here to purchase in AUD and my Etsy store here to purchase in USD.

I will attempt to list more in the next week, plus I'm making more for my return to the Boutique Markets at Portside in Hamilton on Sunday the 13th of June. I can't wait.

Scrappy Hair Clips

I have been trying something new and exciting....hair accessories for girls.

I really enjoyed making these. I've cut each individual petal out, then stitched them together at the center, scrunched them up a bit, and used a fabric stifferner to hold their shape. I've glued seed beads to the centres to add a bit of sparkle.

Teeny Weeny Christmas Baubles

Hi Everyone,

Look what I've bought. I've had my eye on these from Etsy for weeks, and no one bought them in all that time, so I just had to have them for myself. They're tiny, vintage, and very magical. I just love them!!!

All I need now is a little Christmas tree to hang them on. The search starts. I have a gorgeous small to medium size tree made of antique coloured silver tinsel which I just love, love, love and I'm looking for a teeny tiny version of that. If anyone has seen one anywhere, let me know. I would be forever grateful.

Pink and Sleeping

Well, I don't know what's happened to me. Two posts in one night!!! And 2 posts on my other blog http://www.billyangeldesigns.blogspot.com/ I'm almost ready for bed. Not before one last coffee though.

Thought I'd show you this strange little 'Idon't know what you call it' thing that I made a while ago. But it's pink, and it's sleeping. And I love the applique.

I think I might list it within the next couple of days on my Etsy store and see if I can't give it a new home.
